Lucid Kolsch: Spinach and arugula salad with roasted beets, spiced pecans, goat cheese, croutons, and blood-orange vinaigrette

Fireside Amber: Prosciutto-wrapped and smoked asparagus with Maytag blue cheese, shiitake "bacon," and lemon butter

Hundo IPA: Crisp paneed pork loin topped with sherry mustard demi-glace and honey chipotle-buttered spaghetti squash

Soulful Ginger: Chocolate-chili fudge brownie with rum poached peaches
